Here's what our on-site superintendent, Steve Saurman, had to say, “In my 28 years of construction (16 with Lobar), I have never worked on a job with such good, quality subcontractors. The foremen all worked well together and enjoyed their work. Lobar kept our base crew together for the whole project, and that team developed 'ownership' and pride in the job that helped to see it through to the end with a fine level of craftsmanship.”

Over the course of twelve months, we worked closely with the church’s staff and Building Committee to provide them with the smoothest construction process possible. “It‘s never easy to keep a building open and functioning during renovations, but the entire congregation was in total support of our progress,” reports Bud Jones, Project Manager. “The communication lines were always open on all sides—owner, architect and contractors—which truly makes the difference between a good project and a great project…This was a Great Project.”
